Insurance

I am in network with Cigna and Evernorth. I have chosen not to work with many insurance companies at this time so that I can focus on providing thorough and confidential services that meet your needs without insurance interfering with your plans and goals.

In order to be reimbursed, insurance companies require me to diagnose you, on record, with a substance use disorder. And while at times, a precise diagnosis can be beneficial, I believe not everyone requires a diagnosis of a substance use disorder to benefit from alcohol and drug counseling. In fact, the goal of treatment with me is to prevent escalation to a diagnosable addiction.

Super-bills can be provided at your request. These forms are completed by me and submitted by you to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of counseling services. Please check with your insurance company before beginning counseling to ensure coverage and to learn what reimbursement, if any, will be provided to you by insurance.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
